Registered Nurse Advice Line is an around-the-clock service that offers special attention to the health and well-being of families. Members can talk to a registered nurse—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—who will help them make informed decisions about their family’s health.
ODS provides this service to our fully-insured groups. ODS will also be offering this service to our self-insured accounts on a per employee, per month (PEPM) fee basis.
Registered Nurse Advice Line offers personal support. It can help members understand risk factors and treatment options. Registered Nurse Advice Line also helps members understand provider’s instructions and assists members with developing a list of questions to ask their provider.
