ODS and Delta Dental have always treated all member information as confidential. If you are sending an e-mail inquiring about your own protected health information, it is likely that we will be able to assist you.
If you are inquiring on another member under the plan, you will need to call Customer Service. Depending on your relationship to the person you are inquiring on, we may require a verbal approval or written authorization in order to discuss their protected health information if we don't already have one on file.
